Whether the overall market for construction jobs swells or shrinks somewhat over the next 12 months, your task really remains the same – to win bids and complete projects successfully. As long as you are beating out the competition with your proposals, and then doing a great job of delivering on those projects once hired, the overall market conditions may have little impact on your bottom line.
